给苹果董事会和苹果公司：
我常说，如果有那么一天，我无法再胜任苹果CEO，无法再达到大家的期望值，我会在第一时间告诉你们。不幸的是，那个日子终于到了。
在此，我宣布辞去苹果首席执行官职务。如果董事会认为合适的话，我想担任董事长，或者董事甚至普通职员都可以。
至于我的继任者，我强烈建议实施我们已定的继任计划，并提名蒂姆·库克担任苹果CEO。
我认为，苹果最光明和最具创新力的日子还在后头。我期待着在新的岗位上看护苹果的成功并为此做出贡献。
在苹果我交了一些生命中最好的朋友，我要感谢多年来与我共同努力的所有人。（木秀林）

I have always said if there ever came a day when I could no longer meet my duties and expectations as Apple’s CEO, I would be the first to let you know.
Unfortunately, that day has come.

这应该是我今年听得最感动的一首女生brit-pop曲风的歌曲了，歌名叫red cape，歌词写的是她本人经历过空难后心灵的转变，实在为老外对于生活细腻度的掌控和对音乐近乎天分的感知力折服，推荐给大家，就是我博客音乐播放器中的第一首，歌手叫Priscilla Ahn，至少在国内，我们从听不到这些题材的歌曲.
