Q:but I didn’t hear you say entrepreneurship or entrepreneur tendency. So I would like both of you to please define what you feel an entrepreneur is.

J: I think vision,passion,stubbornness. I found some of the best entrepreneur to be people that are pretty stubborn people. If everyone tell them they cannot do sth,but they go ahead and do it anyway. Actually that turns no problem later on. They tend to be people that are have a lot of energy ,they are incredibly demanding. They are not always good listener, because their ideas many times are always the best ideas. You need to build sth , you love to grow things ,make things happen.build sth that never happen before. And I think also is a need most entrepreneur to create a bit of legacy.

G: I would actually like charms to be a dreamer. But I think that’s one of the most critical elements to be a succesful entrepreneur. And it doesn’t necessarily we match up with being a succesful ceo.  I think in fact  somet

Gary: I run a public company. I have to deal with share holds. I have to deal with outside invest community. And I am a helter-skelter in all of the place. I have every good people to work for me and with me who function in all of the various various disciplines that I need to cover for. And I do not really have to be in this place in the same time. There is a perception you take on too much that I am too out here. I happen to think the reason that I am a good manager.

Jeff:What happens I think is the search personal respective who should figure out what's really going on in the search commitee and the kind to replace somebody is the CEO,eh,really retiring,who is arriving the reality .And some of the questions,I think firstly to deal with this is to name out some of the upsite boad member who is the chairman of the search commitee and have the person to lead and drive it,and I think to try to make sure the agenda is shared by everybody.

Gary:Actully we don't have awful lots  to do with such commitees,because the nature of the industry we __ had spent what we have and had been usually put bad experience.And if you say right __ for us ,say the search commitee wants to search some outer to beg

So it’s not so much taking our young people in educating them,there

may be is a partial solution in taking somebody aging, some people who retired for

the fact that they have the skills and abilities to be retaught and retrained, and

bringing them back intothe workforce.
