August Rush and Homeless to Harvard were the two movies which impressed me much this weekend. These are two stories that you wouldn't expect anything new but  they still touch the deepest part of your heart.

 

August Rush presents me the power of parental love and music. A young child, Evan, who was given birth by two gifted musicians, never stops his pursuit of sounds and music from the beginning to the very end company with his search for his parents. The moving love story of Louis and Lyla who are Evan’s parents also seizes y eyes and motivates my tears.

 

Homeless to Harvard is really like a copy of The Pursuit of Happyness. Anyway, this kind of movie style could always be inspiring and mot

I don’t know what does the word ‘friend’ mean in a dictionary. I don’t wanna look it up either. As for me, friends are just like coins in my wallet. Some are to be cherished and felt. Some are to be spent and used.

 

Friends are parts of my life, but they can’t occupy every single position. Sometimes I still wanna live in a world without any friends.

 

Friends are someone who would like to share something with me. I’m really happy to hear something funny or satisfactory, but I resist repeating something to me which I will feel depressed and boring.

It’s 12:00 at night. I am alone again after I left school this afternoon.

 

I’ve been through eight exams during past ten days. Exhausted. I was surprised that I was not cheerful when the bell indicating the very end of the final exams rang.. Time passed so quickly that another semester had gone. It slipped away between my fingers and never left anything to me. I could not figure out what I achieved in the past half year. Maybe that’s just why I feel sad and pitiful.

If you haven’t seen the movie ‘A Beautiful Mind’, it could be one of the greatest pities in your entire life. “Great people think alike” is not always true, because Professor John Nash is so unique and incomparable. The movie shows me what does greatness truly mean. You may be beaten physically by hardship, but you can never lose heart to win. A great mathematician, a economist, a thinker, a mentor, a soldier…….. I could not summarize what the great man achieved in his life. The movie touched me deep, and my tears streamed down my face at the very end of it. Love, mathematics, theories and fellowship, all these make a great person, a beautiful movie.

 

I have chosen my major this week. I hope I will be able to achieve something in the near future. A world fille

Life do Not care about score

After reading Mr.Greene’s essay ‘Those College Finals’, I felt excited and inspired. Mr.Greene mentioned that people could ask someone for help or look it up when you meet difficulties because life was an open-book test. They may bring a book along and consult it at any time or any place. Life is not the examinant, it will not care how many scores people get in college tests.

 

I support the idea that you do not have to know anything in the real world if you are able to learn the needed thing by yourself. It is widely acknowledged that there is no possibility for a man to learn everything, but with the ability of self-learning, he is able to acquire
