    月初回到老家，谈及中学时代的母校，听说最近获得了“全国重点示范中学”的头衔，有望挽回近年来的颓势。回想我在作弊中成长的岁月，和这所百年老校的花果飘零，心中生出不祥之兆。回成都不到一周，就在《南方周末》上读到了揭露我的母校“四川省三台中学校”在创建“全国重点示范中学”过程中大肆作假的丑闻。

　　报道说，学校老师发动不同年级的学生，互相伪造一些所谓素质教育课程的成绩单。既有了成绩单，老师们自然也要闭门造车，为没有上过或敷衍的课程写出事后诸葛亮的教案来。教务处当然也要伪造教学计划和不存在的会议或教学检查的记录。尽管整版的报道并没能够全方位的展示整个作案现场，但顺理成章的，一个谎言要圆满，就要十个谎言来做佐料。报道还揭露，作为一个财政濒临破产的农业大县，为这次三台中学创建“国重”的战役花掉了一千万。据说还有几个超级校友为母校拉来数百万的企业赞助。主要大户是最高人民法院的副院长刘家琛。记得三年前他返乡，我的岳母住院，从医院骑车出来的路上，曾当街领略了他锦衣不能夜行的无上风光和数辆警车开道清场、在百米之远向我高音呵斥的大法官威仪。那些钱怎么来，
