1、总觉得自己不够好

　　这种人虽然聪明、有经验，但是一旦被提拔，反而毫无自信，觉得自己不胜任。此外，他没有往上爬的决心，总觉得自己的职位已经很高。这种自我破坏与自我限制的行为，有时候是无意识的。但是，身为企业中的高级主管，这种无意识的行为却会让企业付出很大的代价。

　　2、非黑即白看世界

　　这种人眼中的世界非黑即白。他们相信，一切事物都应该像有标准答案的考试一样，客观地评定优劣。他们总是觉得自己在捍卫信念、坚持原则。其实，这些原则别人可能完全不以为意。结果，这种人总是孤军奋战，常打败仗。

　　3、无止境地追求卓越

　　这种人要求自己是英雄，也严格要求别人达到他的水准。在工作上，他们求求自己与部属更多、更快、更好。结果部属被拖得精疲力竭，离职率节节升高，造成企业的负担。这种人适合独立工作，如果当主管，必须雇用-位专门人员，当他对部属要求太多时，大胆不讳地提醒他。

男人懒，理解，理解，但把自己懒出了味道便不解，不解了。男人自居为强者，社会人际互通中的骨干，那么自身形象也就尤为重要了，不是要求个个都像周润发，但出于对工作多方的尊重，起码应该整洁大方吧。可有些男人头发打绺，衣裤发亮，擦肩而过熏倒一片，着实可怕，同事们难以接近，更别说共同工作了。从一极端到另一极端，得到的结果有可能是一样的，有些男人可能用力过猛把气味推到了另一端——香气熏人。办公室作为一个很理性的公共场所，这种舞台式腻腻的气味实在不该到场。

女人爱幽默的男人，过度幽默的男人，女人是说什么也爱不起来了。在办公室里，工作间隙的调侃可以舒缓紧张的工作气氛，使大家心情愉悦，但黄段子连篇讲的男人，不但会污染空气，而且还会带来一些扰人的尴尬。
