四问英语教师：我们自己如何获取成功？
――《36字英语学习方案》课题主持人韩健飞的思考与交流
有个科学家做了一个实验，把一群蚂蚁放在盘子上，在盘子的旁边放了一堆糖，蚂蚁并不知道盘子外面有糖，为了寻找食物，它们围着盘子转了一圈又一圈，没有一个跳出来，七天七夜后都活活累死。
由这个实验我们是否可以想到：当一个人要改变生活改变命运时，就像这盘子上的蚂蚁，要勇敢地跳出来，才会在别处发现所需的食物，而不至于盲目地重复，活活累死。当然，跳出来，未必就是指我们要放弃自己现在的职业。改变我们工作中早已习惯的思维套路，我们同样可以发现自己职业中广阔的发展前景。

从一楼上到四楼，至少有两种方法。第一种方法是从楼顶悬下一根绳子，然后顺着绳子“攀壁而上”。这种方法表面上看起来很直接，“直线上升”就可以了，实际上却很难。所以只有很少很少的人可以实现目标，绝大多数人要么是很快失去兴趣，要么就是半途而废。第二种方法是找到楼梯的入口，然后一步一个台阶“爬楼梯”上去。这种方法表面上看是绕了几个弯子，实际上却简单轻松，只要你愿意抬脚走路，几乎所有的人都可以轻松地从一楼上到四楼。
