淡,是茶的品质。即使再浓的茶,也会有淡淡的清香,也能看到它淡雾轻摇的身姿。茶是饮中贵族,具有形而上的品格。

Tasteless is the quality of tea. Even if strong tea, there will be a weak fragrance, can also see its light and gentle posture. Tea is the aristocrat in drinking, with metaphysical character.

茶和粥的区别,就像天和地、云和尘的对比一样。所以,即使皓齿轻开、青葱捻勺的小家碧玉,或者教养颇高的现代淑女,也不想在喝粥时展示自己的魅力。

然后,静坐品茗。可以谈些清淡的笑话;可以谈些凝重的历史;可以沉思默想;也可把平淡生活中的琐琐碎碎,在茶香弥漫里,过滤成淡而有味的趣闻。当然,也可以在午睡刚起、无精打采的时候,在夏日绿阴下,在夕阳却上时,沏一壶茶,燃一支烟,静坐夕阳下,石台上,沉思,发呆,在茶香里,让睡思昏沉渐渐退去,如同晨雾,徐徐散尽。此时,你全身舒展,神清气爽,就像紧缩的叶片,在清水中,云卷云舒;又似闲庭漫步——舒展的叶片,在杯里,悠悠旋转。

5月24日上午,2018春季中国(广州)国际茶业博览会在广州·琶洲·广交会展馆C区中心舞台正式拉开帷幕。

In the morning of May.24,Tea Expo,Guangzhou 2018 inaugurated in central stage of C Zone, Canton Fair Pavilion in Pazhou, Guangzhou.

由中国茶叶流通协会、广东省茶业行业协会主办,广州益武国际展览有限公司承办的2018春季广州茶博会,展会面积约60,000平方米。

Being held by China Tea Marketing Association and Guangdong Tea Profession Association, undertaken by Guangzhou Yiwu International Exhibition Co., Ltd, the exhibition area of Spring Tea Expo,Guangzhou 2018 was about 60,000m2.

本届展会延续以往的布局,设中华品牌馆、国际名茶馆、经典普洱馆、茶具文化馆等六大专业展馆,方便专业观众及市民参观采购。展会持续到5月28日,为期5天,5月24、25日对专业观众开放,26日起对大众开放,之所以设置专业观众日,是为了更好的服务专业观众,在更专注、更专业的洽谈环境中交流,以有效促成交易,老同志品牌携多款新品亮相广州茶博会,欢迎茶友前来感受中国茶文化最新发展状况。品春天味道,观茶市动向。

By continuing the previous layout, there were different professional pavilions for professional visitors and citizens to visit and purchase, including Pavilion of Chinese Brands, Pavilion of International Famous Tea, Pavilion of Classic Pu’er Tea and Pavilion of Tea Sets, etc. The expo lasted for 5 days and ended on May. 28. On May. 24 and 25, it was opened for professional visitors. On May. 26, 27 and 28, it was opened for citizens. The day for professional visitors aimed to provide better services for them so that they could communicate under more concentrated and professional environment to effectively promote trade. Many new products of Old Comrade  appeared in the expo and warmly welcome tea friends to appreciate the latest development situation of Chinese tea culture. Just come to appreciate the taste of spring and summer, and observe the trend of tea market.

This year, Tea Expo,Guangzhou would continue to lead the progress of tea industry. 我有一壶茶

左手书右手茶是一种空灵的意境,闲暇时间泡一杯陈年普洱品味着过往,魂游与书境,感觉到身心的升华,人生得一清福足矣!闲暇时一人一茗一书听着音乐,可谓偷得浮生半日闲!

With the book in the left hand and the tea in the right hand is a dreamlike mood, soaking a cup of aged Pu'er and tasting the past, feel the sublimation of the body and mind, life is enough! Leisure time, one person, one tea, one book ,listening to music, can be said to find a moment of leisure in a busy life!

抬头看着窗外,街上忙碌的人群依然忙碌,在以秒计算着自己脚步的时代,没有多少人会像我这样傻傻的坐一下午,静静的“在给心灵放假呢”。

50 戒烟嗜茶成就吴昌硕

一代书画大师吴昌硕一生爱梅也爱茶,喜欢赏梅、品茗两结合。

A generation of painting and calligraphy master Wu Changshuo love tea and plum.

他生于浙江安吉鄣吴村一个读书人家,幼年时好学不辍。十多岁时即喜欢刻印,磨石奏刀,反复不已。吴昌硕酷爱读书,为了满足日益增强的求知欲望,他常千方百计去找更多的书来读。有时为了借一部书,往往来回行数十里路也不以为苦。

Born in Anji ZhangWu village, Zhejiang Province, he studied hard when he was a child. When he was in his teens, he always liked engraving, grinding knives. Wu Changshuo loved reading, and to satisfy his growing desire for knowledge, he often tried to find more books to read. Sometimes in order to borrow a book, he often went back and forth dozens of miles but did not feel bitter.


二十九岁那年,他离开家乡,到人文荟萃的杭州、苏州、上海等地去寻师访友,刻苦学艺。他待人以诚,求知若渴,各地艺术界知名人士都很乐意和他交往,其中任伯年、张子祥、胡公寿、蒲作英等人都与他交谊尤笃。三十多岁时,他始以作篆籀的笔法绘画,后经友人介绍,求教于任伯年。伯年要他作一幅画看看。他说,我还没有学过。怎么能画呢?伯年道,你爱怎么画就怎么画,随便画上几笔就是了。于是他随意画了几笔,伯年看他落笔用墨浑厚挺拔,不同凡响,不禁拍案叫绝,说道,你将来在绘画上一定会成名。 吴听了很诧异,还以为跟他开玩笑。伯年却严肃地说,即便现在看起来。你的笔墨也已经胜过我了。此后吴昌硕对作画有了信心,根据他平日细心观察、体验积累起来的生活经验,再加广泛欣赏与刻苦学习,他所作的面不断地出现崭新的面貌。

At the age of 29, he left his hometown and went to Hangzhou, Suzhou, Shanghai, etc. He was sincere and eager to learn, and famous people from all over the world were happy to socialize with him. Among them, Ren Bonian, Zhang Zixiang, Hu Gongshou and Pu Zuoying were all friends with him. In his thirties, he began to use brushwork of seal cutting. Later introduced by his friends,he asked for advice from Ren Bonian. Bonian asked him to paint. 'I hadn't studied yet,'he said. How can I draw? Bonian said you can draw whatever you like, just drew a few strokes. So he drew a few strokes at will. And Bonian saw that his Ink strokes are thick and upright, extraordinary, and could not help but applauded, said, you would be famous in painting in the future. Wu was surprised and thought he was joking. Bonian seriously said, even though now,you had already surpassed me. Since then Wu Changshuo had confidence in painting, according to his usual careful observation, experience accumulated life experience, plus extensive appreciation and hard work, his work continues to appear a new face.

吴昌硕早年为生计所累,不胜疲劳,一度染上了吸大烟的毛病,而且烟瘾越来越大。妻子施季仙劝他戒烟,始终没有效果。一天,吴昌硕在外面过足烟瘾,懒懒散散地回家来,施夫人实在气不过,冷冷地丢了一席话:“这东西有什么好,又花钱,又害身体,不能再吃了!如果你连这点也做不好,还治什么印,学什么画!”这席话大大震动了吴昌硕。他深深地感到自己有负于贤妻。

Wu Changshuo' s early life was tired for living,and once stained with opium and got more and more addicting. His wife , Shi Jixian , advised him to quit smoking but never had the effect . One day , he lazily went home after smoking . Mrs . Shi was very angry.She coolly said:”This is  not good, spending money, also harm the body, you can't eat any more! If you can't even do this, you can't do anything!”The words shook Wu Changshuo greatly . He deeply felt guilty for his good wife.

回想起1865年,劫后余生的吴昌项回到家乡,原配章氏逝世,他只能与父亲在家耕读打发日子。正在此时,施季仙爱上吴昌硕,嫁给了这位一文不名的农夫,为了支持吴昌硕的艺术事业,她不惜变卖陪嫁首饰,指望吴昌硕事业有成。如今,自己事业不成,反而吸上了鸦片,想到这儿,吴昌硕决心戒烟。从此,吴昌硕远离烟土,就连一般的水烟,纸烟也决不再沾。辛劳之余,他靠的是一把陶泥小壶,一壶浓浓的茶水。正是它们,伴随着吴昌硕走向艺术的巅峰,给予他超凡脱俗的精神享受。

Remind of 1865, after surviving a disaster, Wu Changshuo returned to his hometown, where his first wife Zhang died, and he had to spend his days at home with his father. At this point, Shi Jixian fell in love with Wu Changshuo and married the penniless farmer. In order to support Wu Changshuo's artistic career, she sold off her jewelry and hoped that Wu Changshuo would succeed. However, he was addicted on the opium, think of this, Wu Changshuo was determined to quit smoking. Since then, Wu Changshuo was away from smoke soil, even general water smoke, paper smoke was no longer touched. After hard work, he relied on a small clay pot, a pot of thick tea.It was them that accompanied Wu Changshuo to the peak of art, giving him extraordinary spiritual enjoyment.

  PAN Cheng, from Jiaxing, Zhejiang. 小满,是一个小得满盈的时节。

小满分三候:“小满至,苦菜秀,靡草死,小暑至”。

小满时节,麦类、谷物等农作物籽粒开始饱满,但尚未成熟,恰是青黄不接。

Grain full, is a small and full season.

Three seasonal climates of Grain full: "at Grain full, sowthistle grows well, the grass die, Lesser Heat to."

Grain Full: It means the seeds of summer crops begin to be plump, but not yet mature, is green.


季节由春入夏,火气褪而茶重生。

此时宜饮生普,火味初褪,更有春天的韵味。不用忌讳火气,像早春时节那样不敢贪杯;不用忌讳陈气,像秋冬季节那样风味缺失而扫兴。此时便是品尝生普更好的时候,不早不晚。

At the turn of spring and summer, drinking raw Pu’er tea helps people adjust to seasonal changes. At this time, the air, is with the flavour of spring and summer. Inthe cup, there is the trace of spring, through the early summer of the run-in.

此时如果要把茶与二十四节气对应起来,那么小满这个节气,在我的心目中更适宜喝点普洱,如果要再缩小范围是老同志绿色方圆普洱,精确地说,是一款叫银砖的普洱。

In this case , ifthe tea is to correspond to the the twenty-four solar terms , then the Grainfull is more suitable for drinking Pu'er in my mind, and if we want to reducethe scope to Old Comrade Green Fangyuan Pu'er Tea ,to be precise, it is called Silver Brick.

银砖之名,配小满之季。从青涩转向成熟,如同人的成长之路,要懂得谦虚、要懂得包容。这个茶的名字叫银砖,如人之率真,因为它独有的那种鲜爽、甘醇、纯真的滋味,无法替代,而一想到就口舌生津的银砖。

Silver Brick, with the season of  Grain full. From green tomature, just like the road of human growth, we should know modesty, we should understand tolerance. The name of the tea called Silver Brick, such as the sincerity, because of its unique kind of fresh, mellow, pure taste, can not be replaced, and the thought of the Silver Brick.

提到银砖,便不得不提到银砖生长的那片蓝天、那片原始森林。在银砖生长的那片森林里,遵循大自然的法则。树木共生、与土著民族共生。这也对应着古人的智慧:小满即可,大满即缺,适度而为。

When you mention Silver Brick, you have to mention the blue sky and the pristine forest. In the forest where Silver Brick grow up, follow the laws of nature. Tree symbiosis,symbiosis with indigenous peoples. This also corresponds to the wisdom of theancients: the Grain full is good,a man should be modest.

小满,小满茶。

小小的满足,便是大大的幸福。我们真正想要的生活,其实没有那么复杂;我们真正想要的茶,其实也没有那么复杂,顺应天地之意,纯粹、鲜爽、至真、更纯。大成若缺,知清静是为天下正。

Little contentment is great happiness. The life we really want is not thatcomplicated; the tea we really want is not so complicated, it is pure, fresh,true, and purer. If there is a lack of great success,know that contentment is great happiness.

银砖,便是这种感觉。

见自己,见天地,见众生!

牛应声而动

父子两住山上,每天都要赶牛车下山卖柴。老父较有经验,坐镇驾车,山路崎岖,弯道特多,儿子眼神较好,总是在要转弯时提醒道:“爹,转弯啦!”

Father and son lived on the hill, and they had to drive the oxcart down the hill to sell firewood every day. The old father was more experienced, driving the oxcart, the mountain road was rugged, the son's eyes were better, he always warned when there was a bend: "Dad, turn!"

有一次父亲因病没有下山,儿子一人驾车。到了弯道,牛怎么也不肯转弯,儿子用尽各种方法,下车又推又拉,用青草诱之,牛一动不动。

Once the father was ill, so the son drove alone. At the bend, the cattle refused to turn, the son tried every means.He got off the oxcart to push and pull, lure it with grass,but the cattle was motionless.

到底是怎么回事?儿子百思不得其解。最后只有一个办法了,他左右看看无人,贴近牛的耳朵大声叫道:“爹,转弯啦!”牛应声而动。

  感悟:牛用条件反射的方式活着,而人则以习惯生活。一个成功的人晓得如何培养好的习惯来代替坏的习惯,当好的习惯积累多了,自然会有一个好的人生。

上山还是下山

人若怕鬼,鬼就吓人;人不怕鬼,鬼就怕人。

If a man is afraid of ghosts,which is horrible for him;Conversely the ghosts will afraid of him.

一位参加夏令营回来的同学问我一个问题:假如在登山的时候,下起了暴雨,你该马上下山还是等待救援?我说:“应该马上下山。”同学说:“错了,应该继续前进。”我奇怪地问:“山上的风雨不是更大吗?”

水至清则无鱼,人至察则无徒。

有个渔夫从海里捞到一颗大珍珠,爱不释手。然而,珍珠上面有一个小黑点。渔夫想,如能将小黑点去掉,珍珠将变成无价之宝。于是,它就用刀子把黑点刮掉。可是,刮掉一层,黑点仍在,再刮一层,黑点还在,刮到最后,黑点没了,珍珠也不复存在。

为做大做强中国茶产业,助推国茶走向市场、走向世界,为进一步推进优质茶叶产业生产发展,经中国优农协会会长办公室专题研究,协会六届一次常务理事会表决通过,决定成立由中国农业出版社、中国茶叶博物馆、中国农业科学院茶叶研究所等三家单位发起的中国优质农产品开发服务协会优质茶叶分会。

In order to make Chinese tea industry bigger and stronger, to promote the national tea industry to the market and world, and to further promote the production and development of high-quality tea industry, through the special study of the Office of the director of the China Association of excellent Farmers, the sixth standing Council of the Association voted to approve it. 01掸一身灰吃茶去:

红尘中的俗世,让人心生畏怯,所以都想要找一个可以让自己心安的地方。却又还得在红尘中奔走,于是读禅礼佛。人生仿佛就此得到了一些安稳。谁都不能保证自己在红尘中久了,不在身上心上都沾满了灰尘。那是些看不见的灰尘,细小,坚韧,时时地覆盖着原本纯正的心灵。有了这许多,人生还怎能有真正的大快乐呢?

The human society in the world makes people timid, so they all want to find a place where they can make their hearts feel safe. But still have to live in the world, so read Zen rites Buddha. Life seems to have gained some security. No one can guarantee that he has been in the human society for a long time, not covered with dust on his heart. It was invisible dust, tiny, tough, always covered with pure hearts. With these many, how can there be real happiness in life?

因此必得先将这灰尘掸去。一点灰尘没有,这是万万不可在这世上生存和生活的人。既然有,那就掸去。用心地去掸,在无人时,在有人时;在喧哗时,在寂寞时,只要用心掸了,无论多少,总会有一些个灰尘落去,总会有一些个清净出来。然后,且吃茶去,一杯清香的龙眠小花,一个人静静地坐着。茶香开始慢慢地沁出来,慢慢地通过鼻子,通过其它通道,到达大脑,到达心,到达意念与幻思。这样,人开始渐渐地静了。红尘远离,清风徐来。恍然有水,恍然有梦,恍然有顿悟。

To brush off with heart when nobody is there, when someone is there, when you are noisy, when you are lonely, if you do it with your heart, no matter how much, there will always be some dust falling, there will always be some clean. Then, to drink tea, a cup of fragrant dragon sleep flowers, quietly sitting. The aroma begins to trickle out slowly, slowly through the nose, through other channels, to the  brain,heart,ideas and illusions. In this way, people gradually become quiet. Red dust away, the breeze slowly come. Suddenly There is water, suddenly there is a dream, suddenly have an epiphany.

02禅茶一味自清爽:

时人品茶多喜以茶喻禅,谓禅茶一味。然而,何为禅,何谓禅茶一味?禅,在人们眼中多少有几分不解与神秘。从字面上看,禅是印度语“禅那”的简称。意译有:静虑、思惟修、功德丛林等多种意思。意即通过静虑、思惟观修清除自己的无名烦恼,而证悟自己本具清净智慧德性。是一种内观自省自证功夫,浅者亦可祛病养生。而茶,本是药(历代药典均有列入),因产地及加工方法不同功能略有不同,主要有清热除烦、消食利水、生津止渴、醒脑等多种功效。所以,参禅与吃茶都具清热除烦、祛病养生功能,茶禅一味便为世人所称道。

从境界上讲,禅无相,非坐非卧,非吃饭喝水,亦不离行住坐卧饮食起居。禅师说,吃茶说味即落凡解(指未开悟),不知味却同无情(指无生命的物质)。说有即无,说无非空,于念无念,即相离相。说一味非一味是名禅茶一味。此中微妙、大难,唯饮者自知。从开悟的境界上看,更是“言语道断、心行处灭”非言语所能表达。“佛祖拈花,迦叶微笑”道得吗?六祖惠能大师不识字,闻“应无所住而生其心”言下大悟,而能成就《六祖法宝坛经》和千年不坏肉身。国外把惠能与孔子、老子并列为“东方三圣人”,这种境界道得吗?笔者自然道不得。

Huineng,Confucius and Laozi are regarded as "the three saints of the East" in foreign countries. Is this realm true?

以手指月是指非月,悟者终能因指见月。千言万语道不尽,开口即错,动念即乖,不如“吃茶去!”

A finger month is a non-moon, and a diviner can see the moon. Thousands of words are endless, mouth is wrong, moving mind is good, not as good as "eating tea!"

03好茶总在入口时:

人生只在呼吸间,这就是“活在当下”的人生观,让我们把全部的精力用来承担眼前的这一刻。失去此刻,就没有下一刻;不能珍惜现在,就不能珍惜今生;不能拥抱现在,也就无法拥抱未来。究竟哪一泡茶最好?其实,每一泡茶都好。因为,好茶总在入口时。

Life is only in the breath, this is the "live in the present" outlook on life, let us devote all our energy to this moment. Without the present, there is no next moment; if you cannot cherish the present, you cannot cherish this life; you cannot embrace the present, and you cannot embrace the future. 冬天,天气比较干燥。所以用同样的温度泡普洱的话,苦涩味比夏天湿润天气泡要重。

所以大家就会觉得,冬天泡会茶味重,而夏天泡就口感好。

或许这可能有几方面原因:

1、秋至冬,气流由上向下,万物收敛,而内质重。

2、春至夏,气流由下向上。万物复苏。由敛转向扬,为新的生机而付出。而普洱茶在春天微生物复兴的作用下。内在物质又一次进行了转化。
