How strange is the lot of us mortals! Each of us is here for a
brief sojourn; for what purpose be knows not, though he sometimes
thinks he senses it. But without deeper reflection one knows from
daily life that one exists for other people-first of all for those
upon whose smiles and well-being our own happiness is wholly
dependent, and then for the many, unknown to us, to whose destinies
we are bound by the ties of sympathy. A hundred times every day I
remind myself that my inner and outer life are based on the labors
of other men,living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order
to give in the same measure as I have received and am still
receiving. I am strongly drawn to a frugal life and am often
oppressively aware that I am engrossing an undue amount of the
labor of my fellow-men. I regard class distinctions as unjustified
and, in the last resort, based on force. I also believe that a
simple and unassuming life is good
打造团队的7个秘诀
1、要有明确的绩效目标，没有目标就无法产生牵引
2、目标要分解到个人，每个人都要承担自己相应的责任
3、团队成员要有足够的异质性，多样化的技能能促成团队目标的实现
4、团队成员要学会合作，容忍他人的个性，彼此建立融洽的私人关系和工作关系
5、团队成员要独立思考，不要人云亦云。同时，各个成员要主动分享自己的思路，因为只有通过“思想
碰撞”才能产生解决困难问题的方法。
6、绩效考核和奖励，既要有针对团队的整体的考核标准，还要有针对个人的绩效考核，防止滥竽充数。
7、团队领导要具备如下特质，才能激发成员的潜能，使得团队绩效最大化：
（1）为团队和每个成员设定明确的阶段目标
（2）安排任务时，发挥每一个人的长处。及时纠正每个人的不足之处。把喜欢讽刺别人、炫耀自己；
嫉妒别人，拉帮结派，破坏合作的成员清理出团队。
（3）公正无私，不偏待任何一个成员。做教练、做思想导师、服务者，而不是高高在上，下命令让大
家执行。深入第一线，了解真实情况，不可闭目塞听，被蒙蔽。须知，信息就是权力。

Seasons in the sun的故事背景
《垂死者》是很多人都熟悉的英文歌 Seasons In The Sun 的法文原唱，由著名诗人作曲家 Jacques Brel
写于1961年。1964年被填上英文歌词，定名为“Seasons In The Sun”，但直到1973年才被加拿大歌手 Terry
Jacks
