知道大家身处漫长的签证等待过程，等得很辛苦，我虽然人已在澳洲，但是也经历过苦苦的等待，而现在也在苦等姐姐的移民申请，所以特别发个帖子给大家解解闷，希望能略疗你们的等待之苦。

想必大多数等待签证的朋友都对澳洲的生活既向往又有些许惶恐，不知道远渡它乡是否能尽扫现在的烦恼，实现理想。那就先从一个老话题说起，为什么要移民。我 对移民的感觉随着自己在澳洲居住时间的变长也有了一些变化。最开始移民，一方面是为 了实现出国梦，另一方面是很想体验不同的生活。我是个闲不住的人，三天没有新点子出来就浑身难受，我老爸曾说：你啊，如果不成天整出点事儿就不是你了。我 就这么把自己整到澳洲来了，说白了就是图新鲜。当然，我来澳洲还是靠着老公为主申请才得以实现的。现在想想，非常庆幸自己不安定的性格给我们的小家庭乃至 大家庭带来的新生活。

Government announces changes to 457 visa program

Today the Government announced changes to the Subclass 457 visa program in order to ensure that it continues to provide industry with needed skills, while not undermining local training and employment opportunities.

These measures were developed through 2008 following the commitment by the Government in last year’s Budget to implement a package of longer-term reforms to the 457 visa program in 2009 to improve both its integrity and ability to deliver the skills needed in the economy.

This package includes responses to recommendations from the Deegan Review into the integrity of the 457 visa program and the views of stakeholders on the Skilled Migration Consultative Panel.

澳洲移民局3.16又出了一系列新政策，主要是08-09移民配额减少到115000人，大部分技工职业从CSL列表中取消了。新政从3.16日开始实行，即使分了签证官，也要按照新政实行。

THE record immigration intake will be cut for the first time in more than a decade as the Government tries to preserve jobs in a deteriorating global economy.

The Immigration Minister, Chris Evans, will announce a 14 per cent cut to the skilled migration program today, capping the number of workers to enter Australia next year at 115,000, down from 133,500 in 2008-09.

Skilled workers make up the majority of migrants.

The decision to cut back on foreign workers comes as pressure mounts on the Government after last week's jump in unemployment to 5.2 per cent.

下面的图表分别是月平均最高温度，月平均最低温度，月平均温差比较。为增强感官认识，我还加上了几个中国主要城市的作为参照，但是做了一定的调整，即中国城市的气温实际上是从7月起算，6月截止，这样就把北半球季节统一到南半球上，方便在同一表格中参照季节进行比较。

从月平均最高气温上看澳洲的夏季：澳洲各大城市夏季主要集中在12月，1月，2月，3月。
各大城市的夏季没有北京，上海，深圳热；我们都知道北京，上海的夏天有多热！再加上上海，深圳夏季降雨量很高，因此上海，深圳的夏季比较潮湿。而澳洲主要城市的夏季气温不是极端高，也不是很潮湿，相对来说气候比较宜人。

从月平均最低气温上看澳洲的冬季：澳洲这几个城市没有真正意义上的冬天，去除夏季，实际上剩下的是春季和秋季两季，一年只有三季。
