Right now I was squatting down on the closetool, very embarrassing moment, Answered it.
“Hello, Is there XXX ,this is from Opera solution ,have you
received the phone from my colleague yesterday?” I remember the
voice which was from last guy.
“We want to give you a oral English test ,do you have time now?”
“ yeah,OK go ahead”
He asked me 3 questions, (1) Why do you choose the opera solution consulting company?
(2) You have spent lots of time in your major but you apply an unrelated position in the consulting company, give me some explanations about that?

September is the busy month of campus recruiting, for the purpose of raising the experience of interviewing, One week ago, I sent my C.V. to some companies to seek the job position in industries. I decided to focus on 2 kinds of career, R&D or markets in education background related pharmaceutical company and analytics specialist in unrelated consulting company or invest bank.
Yesterday I received phone interview from opera solution consulting company (oss) .And this is my virginal show of interview, unfortunately, I haven’t prepared anything about this interview, The company gave me phone for 3 times. The first one came from a guy at 3:00 PM ,very flueuent English, so when I got the phone, I felt so sudden and nervous. and I can’t say any words except “OK, yeah” for seconds, then I calm down and speak to the guy “Sorry , I am in the meeting ,can you call me later or I will call you in one hour later”. The guy was very nice and agreed that .

有影迷在网上说，它是一卷当代中国的浮世绘，短短一个多小时的电影，竟浓缩着诸如春运求票，民工讨薪，医闹纠纷，教育择校甚至行贿，造假等种种社会百态与热点问题。在这部现实主义黑色幽默剧中，偶尔的几次搞笑片段（比如民工驾驶着标语车在讨薪的一段），也没让人卸下沉重的包袱。因为那一切都是那么的真实，贴近我们的每一个毛孔。而贯穿于电影始终的春节回家过年这东方的永恒主题，对于经过2008鼠年那个特殊春节的每一位异乡国人来说，那种复杂的感触更是期待而又恐慌，愉悦而并烦燥着。

潜心研究，拓展战果
科学的思想就好比火花,一颗会点燃另一颗。在果蝇的学习与认知领域，郭老师的实验室已经开辟了一条有前景的崎岖山路。
2007年5月，《神经科学杂志》报道了郭老师实验室彭岳清等人的研究成果，果蝇利用先期学习的经验可以显著提高其随后的视觉特征抽提能力。研究证明，即使是象果蝇一样较为简约的模式动物，也可以利用先期学习的经验来提高某种视觉认知的推广和泛化能力。
2007年6月29日，《科学》杂志第三次发表了郭老师的论文。这项工作大约用了5年多的时间。也是对2001年第一篇在《科学》上发表的文章的进一步深入研究。5年多的实验研究和理论思考，聚焦在果蝇面临冲突环境时的价值抉择的神经环路机制上。研究证明，果蝇中央脑的蘑菇体结构和多巴胺系统共同掌控果蝇的基于价值的抉择。没有二者共同参与的抉择，是简单的“犹豫不决”的线性抉择过程，而二者的协同运作才使两难抉择成为“当机立断”的非线性抉择。
能够做出这么多一系列的优秀研究成果，除了对科研的热情之外，还需要对前科研前瞻的把握，那郭老师对科研的敏锐视角源于何处呢？

这是一次期待己久的采访，对象是中国科学院院士，中科院神经科学研究所郭爱克研究员。
郭老师1965年毕业于莫斯科大学，专业是生物物理学。1979年又到德国慕尼黑大学动物研究所取得自然科学博士学位，这是二战以后来自中国内地的科学工作者在联邦德国获得的第一个博士学位。归国之后，郭老师在中科院生物物理所建立了中国首个以果蝇视觉操作式条件化为评价范式的学习记忆实验室。1999年，郭老师应邀到刚成立的上海神经所建立果蝇学习与记忆实验室，直至现在。
郭老师的实验室在神经所三楼的西面。走进实验室，扑鼻而来的是玉米粉和大豆粉发酵后的淡淡酸味，熟悉的人马上就会明白，这里养了很多果蝇。实验室空间不大，摆满了仪器和药品，再加上窄窄的楼层间距，让人觉得有点局促和逼仄。

6月21日，SIBS的主页上刊登了这样一条新闻，“我国科技期刊Cell Research 2006年度影响因子已达3.426，超过一些国际知名的老牌生物学杂志，并位居我国入选SCI的75种科技期刊的第一名”。很快，这条新闻的内容就出现在当天科学网，科技日报，以及搜狐网等网站的显要位置，在社会产生了很大的积极影响，也给中国科技出版领域注入了一针强心剂。
Cell Research是由中国科学院主管、中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所和中国细胞生物学学会共同主办、中国科学院上海生命科学信息中心承办的杂志，我们对它是熟悉而又亲切，而其迅猛的发展，我们除了惊叹，或许还有几许好奇：Cell Research是怎样接收一份论文的？为什么它的影响因子会提高得这么快？它的前景又是怎样？带着这些疑问，我们采访了Cell Research的常务副主编李党生博士。
