I assume Mr. President orders the Gulf coast moratorium in light of the ongoing environmental crisis of BP's oil leak, lest there be another 'oil burst' rendering the already bleak ecological outlook and political tension in the region macabre, nonetheless he lacks every moral justification in making the innocent pay for some third party's fault. If there is anyone that should get the angst and anger from Mr. Obama---if it is not merely a staggering display of political righteousness which I deeply doubt is given the circumstances of his lack of any contingency measures against such crisis and his lethargic reaction for more than a month before trying to take over the rescuing work from BP; admittedly, he did say he's 'furious', but again, I don't s
