保健专家刘颖洪博士说,最好不要一大清早进行剧烈运动,多项研究可供参考。
国外许多研究显示,人体在白天和夜间,机体能力状态都在变化,早上8时到中午12时,下午2时到5时是肌肉速度、力量和耐力相对处于最佳状态的时间,若在这些时段进行健身锻炼和运动训练,效果更好。
换句话说,早上8时之前最好不要运动。
刘博士指出,日出前氧气偏少,二氧化碳则较高。植物经过一夜的新陈代谢,呼出大量的二氧化碳,因此早晨树林里的二氧化碳浓度相对较高,对人的健康不利。
刘博士是亚洲天然产物研究公司保健顾问,她也强调,每个人每天应运动半小时以上,以快步行走为首选,每天快步走至少半小时,可增强体魄,延年益寿。
美国研究显示晚上运动最好
美国的一项研究则发现夜晚运动最好。
芝加哥大学临床研究中心对40名30至40岁的男子,进行了不同时段内机体(激素水平)对运动反应的研究,结果发现,在夜间两个时段中,人体新陈代谢的关键物质荷尔蒙,对身体锻炼的反应最强烈。
