God
bless me!

It has always my dream to experiece Tibetan culture on
the highland.
It is realized now, but the dream is waking up as i am
getting lost in Lhasa.
I got lost in Potala Palace by its sublimity and beauty.
So many budda images made of gold and silver make me wonder the
religion's amazing power.
I got lost among the praying mobs by their fidelity
nearbly Jakhon Monertery.
I got lost in Sera Monestery by the poor kids mobs
dragging my legs and arms begging for money.
I am in meditatio at present, thinking about the most
impressive colors in Tibetan culuture: Red and White, the former
symbolize power and authority, the last one for peace and
fortune.
And the dirty dark red faces of those little
beggars are stilling hauntin in my mind: innocent eyes.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe says he will resign because the
country needs a new leader that people can support and trust. Mr.
Abe made the announcement at a news conference in Tokyo today after
battling winning public support for months. Japanese media say the
ruling party is planning an election for Mr. Abe s successor on
September 19. Mr. Abe says Japan needs a new leader in its fight
against terrorism. He took office last September vowing to boost
Japan s participation in global security and to revise the country
s pacifist constitution. He threatened last week to resign if
parliament did not extend Japan s naval support of US troops
fighting in Afghanistan. The opposition Democratic Party opposes
the extension. The party defeated Mr. Abe s ruling coalition in

… BBC correspondent in Baghdad says the move is
highly symbolic. And there is now speculation that Britain will
hand over control of the whole Basra province to Iraqi security
forces in the next few months. The leader of the opposition Liberal
Democrats Menzies Campbell told the BBC the pullout was part of the
end game in Iraq. “Political support in this country is draining
away; political support in the United States is draining away. And
the decision to move the British troops from the Palace to the
airport is part of the implied recognition that there's a limit now
to what we can usefully do in Iraq, a limit which in my judgment
has been reached to the extent, that we ought to have a framework
for the total withdrawal of all of our troops. '
Britain says that its troops in Iraq will now be
