解析：

     这个考题是环境话题里面最典型的题目之一，基本把上课讲过的环境话题素材整理一下就可以了。

    能源消耗造成的后果包括：能源短缺影响经济发展，降低人们的生活质量（lower people’s living standard）。能源储量（reserves）有限，但是消耗（deplete）得太快。如果能源危机爆发（break out），会出现油价上涨（soar），经济下滑（economy decline）。

题目：As well as making money, businesses should have other social responsibilities. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

解析：

       这个题目算是一个比较难的新题了，关于企业的社会责任，可以从这样几个角度去考虑：企业为什么要承担社会责任？承担什么责任？承担了以后会有什么好处？如果不承担有什么坏处？这些角度都可以写。

       我选取了两个比较好写的方面。1.企业通常比较有钱（be powerful in finance），承担社会责任能够减轻政府的负担（relieve the burden），比

解析：这个题目是剑9-2里面的题目，之前在公益课和结构班里面都讲过的。非常简单的一个题目。考到这样的题目，算是雅思的福利了。你看看6月份考过的几次考试，再看看7.11考试的题目，你就会很珍惜7.4这个考题了

题目：In many countries, a high proportion of criminal acts are committed by teenagers. What are the reasons and what do you suggest to solve this problem？

       今年4月25号刚刚考完青少年犯罪，结果6月18号又考这个。你说这是为什么？考官故意的呗，因为他知道你不会再准备这个话题了不过这个题目与其说是犯罪话题，还不如说是教育

题目：Because of traffic and housing problems in the cities，the government encourages business to move to the rural area. Do you think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

解析：

       把企业和公司从城市搬到农村的好处和弊端。这个题目去年8月16号考过，几乎是一样的考题。

关于房价和交通，我们可以来分析一下。市区人多（large population），土地资源少（land resources），如果把企业搬到农村（be relocated），那么市区人口少了，对房子的需求（demand）就会减少，住房短缺和房价太贵的问题应该能解决一些。至于交通，人都少了，那么每天在市里面坐车上下班的人
