可以是缺少维A，可以是有慢性病变，可以是肝不好，是以前有个好身体现在已经没有了！！
左手小指的半月已经没有了，偶尔还会有白斑点，
听说是缺锌 BLABLABLABLA..
身体情况的确是不么好。
从昨天开始晚十点一定要上床睡觉，养成好习惯！
每天一颗善存
爸妈说要坚持下去，注意睡眠，注意锻炼身体。
一定要休息好！
郁闷啦！
养生了！
一定要健康起来！
