The treatment options for prostate
cancer depend in part on whether the tumor has spread. For tumors
that are still inside the prostate, radiation therapy (using x-rays
that kill the cancer cells) and a surgery called radical
prostatectomy are common treatment options. 'Watchful waiting' is
also a treatment option. In this approach, no treatment is given
until the tumor gets bigger. Watchful waiting may be the best
choice for an older man who has a higher risk of dying from
something other than his prostate cancer.

Depending on the stage of their disease, men often have more than one treatment option to consider. Several factors should be taken into account when choosing between these options, including both the potential benefits and risks. The side effects associated with each of type of prostate cancer treatment are discussed in the next section.
Radical Prostatectomy
In a radical prostatectomy, the surgeon removes the entire prostate gland plus some tissue around it. This operation is used most often if the cancer appears not to have spread outside of the gland. The patient is either under general anesthesia (asleep and totally unconscious) or under spinal or epidural anesthesia (the same type of anesthesia often given to women during childbirth to numb the lower half of the body) with sedation during the surgery.

Alicante airport bus
The Alicante airport bus story is one of my favorit's. Okay to sum it up before - Alicante Airport is one huge bus stop - and got many buses picking up tourists.
Most of these buses are charter carriers.
Alicante Airport has only one so called 'Airport - to - Alicante City' bus.
There is only one bus line, which seems to 'accidentally' pass by the airport. This bus marked C-6 stops at bus stop No.30
