2008年，跌宕起伏的一年，很多人在这一年彻底改变了自己的人生轨迹。
2008年，也是中国建筑界大事频发的一年，《中国房地产报》为此总结了十个最有争议的国内建筑及一些“提名奖”出来，不知道广大ABBSer是否认同？
1、新央视大楼
“这是一个不卑不亢的方案，既有鲜明的个性，又无排他性。其结构方案新颖、可实施，会推动中国高层建筑的结构体系、结构思想的创造。实施这一方案，不仅能树立CCTV的标志性形象，也将翻开中国建筑界新的一页。”这是专家评委当时对新央视大楼中标方案的评语。
然而，新央视大楼从诞生之初就招至骂声不断。这个北京奥运时期已开始部分使用的怪异建筑，虽然在一些人眼里显得“时髦”、“新奇”，且入选美国《时代》周刊评出的“世界十大建筑奇迹”，但大多数的中国民众还是对其难以“消化”。
业内人士对于新央视大楼的评价也褒贬不一。“每天上班路过这个建筑时我都感觉到很丢脸。”知名建筑评论人史建如是说。潘石屹则说：“我觉得这是灾难性的建筑，天外来客，张牙舞爪，两个‘
