Not far from Wincanton are two farms that produce cheddar in the traditional way. These are run by dairy farmers Jamie Montgomery and Stephen Keene. The Keene family have been making cheese at Morhays Farm for over a hundred years. So what makes Keene’s cheddar so special? All the cheese on this farm is made by hand, the traditional way, using only raw milk.
