How to Make Oobleck

Oobleck is a substance made of corn flour and water. Corn flour is an insoluble solid, therefore when you slap the finished Oobleck it hardens. This is because the particles in the corn flour are compacted together, but they separate just as quickly after impact.

                You Will Need: corn flour, water, food colouring, cling wrap/newspaper, big mixing bowl and a Ziploc bag
