Me and a very good friend of mine had a wonderful time here。The staff is most helpful，friendly and always happy to be of service。 If you learn a few words in Chinese you see them light up with a big smile。If you have any questions they will keep helping you until you problem or question is solved。Some of the staff speak good enough English for you to communicate clearly with。 Others speak a little bit of English but they can explain allot as well。All you need is a key word of what you want and they will draw you a map for you。Which was the case for me when I asked for direction to the post office。

Es bietet zwar kein Frühstück an, aber dafür kann man sich selbst was schnell machen (kleine Küche im Zimmer). Bei den Taxifahrern ist die Straße nicht so bekannt, als kleiner Tipp Telefonnummer vom Cinderella mitnehmen und anrufen, sie erklären gerne den Weg!

Le personnel est vraiment sympa, serviable (réservation de taxi, explication sur les bus, les cites de visites) et parle bien anglais . Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.
L'eau du robinet n'étant pas potable, un distributeur avec bombonne d'eau aurait été apprécié (comme dans beaucoup d'hôtel en chine). Plus de place pour étendre le linge après une lessive.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking to study in Beijing. It is fairly close to the university district (15 minutes by bus, although I haven't tried in morning rush hour yet), and very inexpensive for what you get. The duplex/loft suites are spacious, have lots of amenities, and are well priced. The other rooms look nice, too, if not as large (economic and stylish, at least; I didn't check out the deluxe rooms). Internet connection is fast. Staff extremely helpful.Your own fridge, kitchenette and direct dial phone. I quite like the area, it is typically residential, has good places to eat, etc. It is a bit difficult to access the subway, requiring a bus ride of 20 minutes or so, but then again the buses are both frequent and very inexpensive.
