冰箱的保鲜性能

答：单门电冰箱一般指只有一扇门的电冰箱，它有一个蒸发器，其内可存放少量冷冻食品，是我国最早流行的一种冰箱，目前市场上已基本消失。双门单温电冰箱，是指具有二扇门，但只有一个蒸发器的冰箱。它的内部结构与单门电冰箱相同，故也有人叫它为“假双门”。双门双温电冰箱常指有两扇门、两个蒸发器的电冰箱，其中一个蒸发器安装在冷冻室内，常具有四星级冷冻能力
