第一手部动作
将眼睛集中注视您的双手,以您能理解的速读,从左至右持续扫瞄文章内容。开始时将您的手置放在一行的起点。再向右手边界移动,眼睛集中注视您的手所指的句子。当您看到一行的末端时,将手移到下一行的起点。大多数人用左手引导他们的眼睛,右手则用来翻页。您也可以在辅助教学录影带中观察到这个示范动作。
