    i got some personal problems recently, which in some way has been affecting my job. i cant really concentrate and am pretty confused about what to do. in class, i often feel inadequate and have no good way to arouse my students' interest. sometimes, i even fail to give a lesson logically and fluently.and their baffled face aslo suggests to me that they r having a hard time in my class.

    today, one of my students complained to me that many students r making noisies in class and that i need to impose more discipline. indeed, the noises is pretty much a headache. it affects my flow of lecture and thus my mood. the problem is that i have been pleased to give the studets full freedom to enjoy fun learning. i don't want them to be nervous or under pressure, i just hope they can learn in a relaxed mood. however, too much freedom leads to unexpected mess. some of them get used&

   转眼间,从教都已经一年了. 第一年虽然努力钻研过, 但更多的是漫不经心. 很多地方可以做到更好,却没有去追求完美. 后在网上偶遇学生,有人说我上课及为人优点有如此如此,我深感惭愧. 因此,我懂得了要端正态度,身体力行和言传身教.

   新的学期也以我崭新的心态开始了,学生虽然业已大二,已无往昔的激情,但是他们对我上课的反应却是让我大受鼓舞,也是我认真钻研的,力求完美的最大动力.

   曾经遭受过误人子弟的痛苦,当自己为人师的时候,却也无意间误人子弟.想来很多事情,无恶意不够还要有好意,有好意仍旧不够还得有行动.所以从今而后,我也就在行动上跟学生讲话.不再一味'言传'永不放弃追求完美,让学生见证我是如何践行的.

   跟学生在一起的确是相互学习,现在明白所幸亡羊补牢犹未晚矣.也得谢谢我可爱的学生们,祝愿他们都能做到最好,今后回首时无怨无悔.

记者：有一种观点认为，大学生就业难是因为高校学科设置不合理，跟不上社会需求的发展，没有培养出适销对路的人才。

 

学生司：这个观点起码不太全面。教育主动适应现代化建设需要，主动为经济建设服务，这始终是教育系统追求的目标。教育部从２００３年就明确提出，要以就业和社会需求为导向，推进新一轮高等教育改革，包括调整学科专业结构，改革人才培养模式，加大就业评估和教学评估力度等等，采取了一系列措施，取得了积极的成效。特别是在高等职业教育改革方面，这几年大力推进订单培养、校企合作培养，加强实践能力、动手能力训练，实行职业资格与学历“双证书”制度等等，力度是空前的。但是教育也有它自身的特点和规律，很重要的一点就是长周期和多层次，比如，本科教育学制为４年至５年，要提前４年至５年去准确把握未来的需求，众所周知，这是有相当困难的。因此，本科教育特别是研究型大学的本科教育，可能更重要的是提高学生的综合素质，使他们进入工作岗位后具有较强的学习提升能力和发展潜力。
