天津车主维权 4人惭死5人惨伤
《反垄断网》据新华网孙洪磊报道，2009年12月28日，天津静海县部分“非法”运营电动和燃油三轮车主,因对静海县集中治理非法运营电动和燃油三轮车的措施不满,推倒护网,推倒保安人员,闯入车站线路，在京沪铁路178公里加750米处,发生一起人身伤亡事故和重大冲突事件,造成4人死亡,5人受伤。
据公安、铁路部门介绍,这是天津市静海县部分非法运营电动和燃油三轮车主,因对静海县集中治理非法运营电动和燃油三轮车的措施不满,非法推倒护网,推倒保安人员,闯入车站线路,被快速行驶的D38次列车刮碰所致。目前,伤者病情稳定,没有生命危险。
近年来,在静海县县城非法运营的电动和燃油三轮车,扰乱了出租运营市场,给群众出行带来了极大的交通隐患,因非法运营电动和燃油三轮车引起的交通事故频发。为此,从今年7月份开始,静海县对非法运营电动和燃油三轮车开展了集中整治。
事故发生后,天津市委、市政府高度重视,中共中央政治局委员、天津市委书记张高丽迅速做出批示,市长黄兴国等天津市领导和相关部门负责同志,连夜赶到现场,对事故处理做出具体部署。张高丽、黄兴国要求,要调集医疗力量,全力抢救伤员。要耐心、细致、周全地做好伤亡者
