Dear Mum, Thank You for Your Love

Dear mum, I always feel I am the luckiest child in the world, because I have you as my mum. You are such a great mother.

I still remember the day when I failed my maths exam. I was so frustrated when I got home. You were not angry with me. Instead, you praised me for my hard work and encouraged me to keep on. Tear came into my eyes when you took me in your arm. I came to know how much you love me.

Growing Pains and Gains

    I’m growing up quickly and gaining the growing pains happily. I have studied in school for four years. I learned a lot and got well-prepared for my further study. I have also made many good friends. On our school’s Art Festival, I played the piano while my friends were singing together. We enjoyed ourselves! Yet, I hope we will have less schoolwork and more free time to do what we like to. Anyway, I am happy and I will never forget my dear school.

I Have a Dream

    To be a teacher is my dream. Do you know about Helen? She was one of the greatest women in the world. However, she was blind and deaf. It was her teacher Anne Sullivan who helped her become a famous learned woman.

That’s why I want to be a teacher. A teacher can be very helpful to the society, and can even change a person greatly. Now I’m working hard to make my dream come true. If my dream comes true, I will try my best to teach my students. I’m sure I’ll be a good teacher.

An Unforgettable Experience

Among many exam experiences, I still remember what happened in the final exam last term.

In the past I always felt nervous at the beginning of exams. And because of this, I never gave the best performance. But in the last final exam, when I got the paper, I was surprised to see some warm words on the paper, “Hi, everyone. Believe in yourselves and you will do best. Good luck!” Seeing these words, the feeling of nervousness soon disappeared and I became confident, I did best that time!

Ever since then, whenever I have exams, these simple but warm words always encourage me and make me feel confident.
