这blog又半个多月没更新了，我怎么就这么没倾诉的欲望呢。天涯上有个金融圈子的人发了篇职场心得，甚火。此人讲码字是医生建议他疗抑郁症的方子。我亦有同感。感觉每天嘻嘻哈哈的说说笑笑就够了，干嘛还要写一大通勒，除非是想发泄些抑郁的情绪吧，否则根同学朋友爸妈聊聊不更好？打字多累多没效率啊，还总期望这别人关注，比较虚无，学校万能的FTP我还没挖掘够勒，嘿嘿～
哎，写完这篇字又觉得浪费了几分看Project Runway的时间

如何保持年轻
1. Throw out nonessential numbers.

3. Keep learning:

Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever.
Never let the brain get idle.
'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.'
And the devil's name is Alzheimers!
4. Enjoy the simple things
从小事中找到乐趣
5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for
breath.
And if you have a friend who mak es you laugh, spend lots and lots
of time
with him or her!
