3. Familiar today’s occupancy, VIP in house & arrival & event arrangement
4. Read Front desk reception logbook & implement the things night
5. Handover cash float, foreign Exchange, credit card sheet,
invoice, safty
box keys properly.
6. Prepare small change for guest checking out.
7. Check trace report.
8. Check billing for due-out rooms(有些酒店由AM 做)
